Commission Plans

• Partner Agents have commission splits starting at 70/30. Because of this reduced commission, we provide many perks to help you grow and manage your business. Partners also have a reduced transaction fee of $295 with an opportunity to bonus up to $200 if a higher transaction fee is collected from the client.

• Entrepreneur Agents receive 100% commissions; however, their free perks are limited, but they are able to “a la carte” any of our partner perks. Entrepreneurs have a transaction fee of $495. 

5% for Life Program - This program allows us to express our thankfulness to you for helping grow our business. For any agent that you bring to 1st Class as a Partner Agent, we will give you 5% of the commission value for any business that agent does while you are with 1st Class Integrity.

Partner Perks - All of these perks are completely free to our Partner Agents. Entrepreneurs have the option to pay for any of these and our administration will schedule the rest.

• Listing Coordination - Our administration is responsible for verifying your documents for completeness and accuracy, uploading to our document management system, and taking care of everything in REIN. With REIN’s rules constantly changing, this greatly reduces the number of fines to agents.

• Field Technician - Our field technician travels to properties to install and remove lockboxes and for-sale / directional signs. This saves you the travel time that could be best spent doing things that grow your business.

• Signs - We provide Post Signs to allow your listing to be seen and truly look 1st Class. Our field technician installs temporary signs until our vendor is able to install the post sign.

• Photography - We provide professional photography for any listing over $150,000. Once you receive your photos, our admin will upload the photos to REIN for you.

• Closing Coordination - Our closing coordinator will initiate all communications between lenders, title companies, termite inspectors, HOAs, etc. while keeping you in the loop. 

• Administrative Marketing - Our administrative team is responsible for marketing your listing at the Listing, Ratified, and Closed milestones. They will also market your Open Houses to social media and REIN.

• kvCore CRM - kvCore is an instrumental part of how we do business. Not only is it a way to manage your sphere of influence, it also allows you to generate your own leads, produce website domains for yourself, listings, and market reports, and advertise yourself.

• Leads - We generate leads through many different avenues and distribute them to our Partner Agents. This can include sign calls, company generated squeeze pages, Call-ins, and outside companies, such as SOLD.com, PrimeStreet, and OpCity. Company leads are at a 70/30 Split at Integrity. We've got the leads, we want you to close them!

Vendors - We have agreements with many businesses who are essential to the home-buying process. This includes lenders, title companies, moving companies, cleaning services, lawn maintenance, pest control, home warranty services, home inspectors, etc. These vendors also host monthly trainings in-house to help our agents expand their knowledge and better assist their clients. 

Events and Trips - These events and trips are all inclusive to qualifying agents. Just pack your bags, and let us handle the rest.

• Top Producers - The Top Producer Event is a quarterly event, exclusive to agents who meet certain listing or sales criteria. For Partners to attend, they must either list 6 homes, close 3 deals, or ratify 3 contracts per quarter. Entrepreneurs must close 6 deals in order to qualify.

• President’s Club - The President’s Club is an all-inclusive trip to the Caribbean, exclusive to agents who meet certain gross commission income. Partner agents with $100,000 GCI earn a trip, and those with $150,000 GCI earn a trip for themselves and a guest. Entrepreneurs must close 36 transactions the prior year to qualify.
